Thuyen Nails & Spa is the trade name of Nguyen Thuyen LLC, a Florida limited liability company (Document No. L23000394203, EIN 93-3083399), owned and operated by Van Nguyen and Thuyen Nguyen.
2. Services Offered
We provide in-person nail care and personal care services, including manicures, pedicures, gel and acrylic nails, nail art, and waxing. All services are performed at our licensed location in Miramar, Florida.
3. Appointments & Walk-Ins
- Appointments can be booked by phone, email, or during a previous visit.
- Walk-in clients are welcome when technicians are available, but appointments take priority.
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment to allow a smooth start.
4. Cancellations & Late Arrivals
- We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or rescheduled to respect other clients' appointments.
- Repeated no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.
5. Payment
We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, and selected mobile payments. Full payment is due at the end of your service. Gratuities are always appreciated and never required.
6. Refunds & Service Guarantees
Because nail services are personal and cannot be undone, we do not issue cash refunds. However, if you are unhappy with your service, please let us know within 3 days and we will happily fix the issue at no additional charge.
7. Health & Safety
- We follow Florida cosmetology sanitation regulations. All tools are sanitized between clients and single-use items are never reused.
- Please inform your technician of any allergies, skin conditions, diabetes, or recent injuries before your service.
- We reserve the right to decline any service when we believe it could harm the client's skin or nails.
8. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and do not expire. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.
9. Minors
Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for all services.
10. Children in the Salon
For the safety of your children and other clients, we ask that children not receiving services be supervised at all times. We cannot be responsible for unattended children.
11. Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Please keep valuables with you during your service.
12. Website Use
- You may use our website lawfully and in good faith.
- You may not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our website or systems.
- All content on this website (text, logos, images, layout) is the property of Nguyen Thuyen LLC.
13. Disclaimers

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Broward County, Florida.
